Bonasa constantly invests in training its employees in pursuit of excellence, not only in the quality of our products but also in the management and provision of services.
The company´s social responsibility activities include its own employees, who are involved in special, exclusive projects, as well as civil society. By doing so, the company benefits voluntary bodies and meet its legal obligations to the Federal Government, such as the Quota Act on hiring young people within the National Program to Encourage the First Job, known as the PNE, and young apprentices. Bonasa regards the relationship with communities around the sites it is located as a matter of great importance, and contributes to their continuous development.
